第五十二条 公安机关和有关主管部门依照本法和有关法律法规，并根据国家缔结、参加的国际条约或者按照平等互惠原则，对在境外或者利用境外网络资源对中华人民共和国及其公民或者机构实施网络犯罪活动，或者我国公民在境外实施我国法律禁止的网络犯罪活动，开展网络犯罪防治国际执法合作。
